Regulation under the Provincial Loans Act
162Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-65 under the Provincial Loans Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (a.1);
(b) by repealing paragraph (a.2);
(c) by adding before paragraph (b) the following:
(a.5) the New Brunswick Power Corporation;
